Bentō (弁当 atau べんとう) atau o-bentō adalah istilah bahasa Jepun untuk makanan bekal berupa nasi dan lauk-pauk dalam bungkusan praktikal yang boleh dibawa dan dimakan di tempat lain. Seperti nasi bungkus, bentō boleh dimakan sebagai makanan tengah hari, makan malam, atau bekal perkelahan.
